Terms of service

1. Contracting parties

These terms govern use of the GreekLingo platform (https://greeklingo.app), provided by Buzly Labs Ltd, UIC 201170349 ("Provider").

The user ("User") is a natural person who registers for or uses the service. For questions: ask@greeklingo.app.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using GreekLingo, registering, purchasing Premium, or continuing to use the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Registration and account

GreekLingo provides online Greek lessons and exercises. Full access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Data is processed under the GDPR — see the privacy policy.

4. Subscription and payment

GreekLingo offers free limited access (first module) without card registration. Premium unlocks full access to lessons and exercises. Current prices and plans (monthly/annual) are on the Premium page (e.g. annual plan from 60 €).

For annual Premium the fee is 60 € and access is valid for 12 months from payment. For monthly plans — for the paid monthly period.

There is no free trial for Premium — payment is due immediately unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion or gift code.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezyacting as merchant of record for Premium. Payment is made on Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout page. Buzly Labs Ltd does not collect, receive, or store bank or card data — we only see subscription status and billing data from the payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription anytime via the Lemon Squeezy portal or subscription settings. Cancellation does not affect access for the already paid period — Premium stays active until the current paid term ends, without auto-renewal.

For digital content provided immediately after purchase, your consent to begin performance may limit the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

5. Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, reselling, or commercial use of content without prior written permission from the Provider is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

All lessons, exercises, texts, audio, images, design, software, and other materials published in GreekLingo are owned by Buzly Labs Ltd or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Personal non-commercial learning is permitted for registered users with active access.

7. Restricting and terminating access

Buzly Labs Ltd may temporarily or permanently restrict access when these terms are violated, the platform is abused (including account sharing, automated scraping, malicious activity), or actions may harm the service or other users.

Users may request account deletion at ask@greeklingo.app.

8. Disclaimer

GreekLingo is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or trouble-free service. The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages from use or inability to use the service, except where required by law (including intentional misconduct).

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement; failing that — by the competent Bulgarian court. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms, unless the law requires explicit consent.
